Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay a 1.7 percent cash dividend for the third quarter of 2019, at SAR 0.17 per unit, amounting to SAR 10.2 million, the fund manager, Mulkia Investment, said in a bourse statement.

 

The dividend represents 1.72 percent from net assets based on the fair market value as of Sept. 30, 2019, the fund manager added.
