Anaam International Holding Group Co. sold 15,471 fractional shares on January 8, 2020 at SAR 165.33 per share for a total of SAR 2.56 million, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The funds will be deposited into shareholders accounts on January 29, 2020, the statement added.

 

Last month, the company’s shareholders approved the board's recommendation to cut capital by 92.35% from SAR 196 million to SAR 15 million to offset SAR 181 million worth of accumulated losses, Argaam reported.
