Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) said in a bourse statement on Thursday that its extraordinary general assembly (EGM) slated for Feb. 19 was not held due to the lack of quorum.
The company will announce a new date for the general meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
