Jarir Marketing Co.'s (Jarir) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend for FY2020 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also endorsed SAR 960 million, or SAR 8 a share in dividend paid for Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2019, the statement added.
