Saudi German Hospital opens board membership nominations

Middle East Healthcare Co. (Saudi German Hospital) opened the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming 3-year term, starting September 17, 2020.

 

Applicants can submit an application for nomination from April 23 to May 23, 2020, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a statement to Tadawul on Thursday.

 

The candidacy for membership of the board will be in accordance with the statutory controls, policies, standards and procedures approved by the company's general assembly.
