Arabian Pipes appoints external auditor

Arabian Pipes Co.’s shareholders approved appointing PKF Al Bassam & Co. as an external auditor to audit the company’s financials for Q2, Q3, Q4, FY2020 and Q1 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 3, 2020.

 

The company said in a bourse statement that shareholders also approved the board report, audited financial statements and audit report for FY2019.
