Al-Babtain shareholders delegate board to pay dividend for FY2020

Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co.’s (Al-Babtain) shareholders authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2020, during its ordinary general assembly meeting held on June 10.

The decision will be implemented in line with the company's financial position, cash flow and expansion plans, the company said in a bourse statement.

Shareholders also approved all other items included on the meeting’s agenda.
