MIS renews SAR 204.1 mln bank facility agreement with SABB

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) renewed, on June 24, a SAR 204.11 million Shariah compliant bank facility agreement with the Saudi British Bank (SABB), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The funding term is valid until Dec. 31, 2020 and is covered by a promissory note.

 

The credit is intended to finance the company’s new projects, the statement said, adding that no related parties are involved in the deal.
