Saudi Fransi Capital amends Bonyan REIT's terms, conditions

Saudi Fransi Capital has updated terms and conditions of Bonyan REIT Fund, according to a bourse filing.

 

The update will reflect the change in the value-added tax (VAT), in line with the Kingdom's announcement, as regards increasing the VAT rate to 15% from the current 5%, effective July 1, 2020.
