Yanbu Cement elects new board of directors, forms audit committee

Yanbu Cement Co.'s shareholders elected a new board of directors for the three-year term ending on June 29, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held yesterday, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders also approved the formation of an audit committee for the same three-year term, the statement added.
