Al Moammar announces updates on contract with corporate body

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a previously-awarded contract with a corporate body, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The corporate body is expected to sign and finalize the contract on Sept. 10, 2020.

 

MIS has already started implementing phase I of the contract as per the instructions of the corporate body, which also issued directives for the implementation of phase II at a total value of SAR 30 million and phase III at SAR 22.5 million.

 

The change in the contract signing date has no relevant financial impact, the statement added.

 

In June, MIS said it was awarded a SAR 50 million worth of a contract by a corporate body and the contract signing was expected on August 12, 2020.

 

Under this deal, Al Moammar will develop and operate a high-security IT and communication system.
