Saudi Arabia records 601 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday

Saudi Arabia recorded 601 new COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 13 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 325,651, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 1,034, raising the total number of recovered cases to 302,870 (93% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 28 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 4,268.

 

Active cases totaled 18,513, of which 1,326 cases are critical.

 

Jeddah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 53, followed by Hufuf and Makkah (44), and Riyadh with 40.

 

The Kingdom conducted 36,222 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.72 million.
