Wafa Insurance names 2 board members

Saudi Indian Company for Cooperative Insurance (Wafa Insurance) appointed Abdul-Wahab Ahmed Abed and Hassan Mohamed Al-Omari as independent board members, effective today, Oct.18, until the end of the current board term on Jan. 18, 2023.

 

The appointment is subject to the approval of the company’s general assembly, the firm said in a bourse statement.
