Al-Samaani rebrands to Sadr Logistics Services

Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co. rebranded today, Jan. 14, into Sadr Logistics Services Co., the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision was approved by the extraordinary general meeting on Oct. 29, 2020, and also endorsed amending the related Article (2) in the articles of association.

 

Al-Samaani started trading on Tadawul on Dec. 10 under the commercial and professional services sector.
