Emaar EC appoints 2 new audit committee members

Emaar The Economic City Co.'s (Emaar EC) board of directors approved today, Jan. 26, 2021, the resignation of the two audit committee members, Alaa Shakib AlJabri and Abdullah Ibrahim Al-Howaish.

Mazen Nasser Al-Sharfan and AbdulMajeed Suliman Al-Dakheel were appointed as the new audit committee members until the end of the current term on April 23, 2023.

The company noted that the board of directors' approval may not be deemed final and the appointment shall be put before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
