JAZADCO sees negotiated deal worth SAR 28.5 mln

Jazan Energy and Development Co. (JAZADCO) saw a negotiated deal on its shares today, Jan. 28, 2021, where 1.5 million shares (3% of total 50 million shares) were privately traded at a negotiated price of SAR 19 per share, for a total of SAR 28.5 million.

A negotiated deal involves a stock purchase based on a bargain between buyers and sellers, apart from market price. The negotiated price does not impact directly on market price, according to Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
