Bank Albilad appoints Nasser AlSubeaei as chairman, Fahad Bindekhayel as vice chairman

Bank Albilad appointed Nasser Mohammed AlSubeaei as chairman of the board of directors and Fahad Abdullah Bindekhayel as vice chairman, after receiving no objection from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) today, Feb. 7, 2021, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The appointments are effective from the date of SAMA’s no-objection, and will run for the current board term that ends April 16, 2022.

 

Al-Subeaie succeeds Abdulrhman Ibrahim AlHumaid as chairman.

 

According to the data available with Argaam, Nasser AlSubeaei held the position of Bank Albilad’s vice chairman since April 17, 2019.
