Bank Albilad starts today, April 7, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) that will be held on April 11, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

The step follows the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) directives enabling shareholders to participate and vote on related meeting agenda through Tadawulaty system, in line with the government’s efforts to prevent the spread of coronavirus.

 

Last month, the bank invited its shareholders to vote on several items, including authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2021, Argaam reported.
