SAMA issues license to debt collection firm

The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) licensed Marsoom Debt Collection Co. to undertake the debt collection activities for financing companies, in the light of the applicable regulations in this regard.

 

“The step came to support the financing business division and the related services,” SAMA said.

 

SAMA urges all entities seeking to obtain a license to undertake debt collection activities to review the related rules in this regard.
