Alkhorayef Water shareholders to vote on board, auditor reports for 2020 on May 19

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.'s shareholders will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, and financial statements for 2020, during an extraordinary general meeting that will be held on May 19, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the payment of SAR 400,000 as a remuneration for board members for 2020.
