Raydan signs franchise agreement with Okol Food

Raydan Food Co. announced the signing of a franchise agreement, registered under the "Raydan" trademark, with its franchise agent, Okol Food To Provide Meals Est., according to a bourse statement today, April 26, 2021.

 

The contract is valued at SAR 113,000 ($30,000) in franchise fees, in addition to a percentage of 6% of total sales, the firm said, adding that the contract period is five years, subject to renewal.

 

The contract will have a positive financial impact on the company in Q4 2021.
