HSBC MSCI Tadawul 30 Saudi ETF board chairman, member resign

HSBC MSCI Tadawul 30 Saudi ETF said that board chairman Daniel Lima and non-independent board member Haitham Fahad Alrashid, resigned from their position, effective April 28, 2021.

 

The board of directors after the change will comprise Ali Saleh Alothaim, Tariq Saad Altuwaijri, and Abdulrahman Ibrahim Almodaimigh as independent members.
