Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) will start on May 19, 2021, the electronic voting on the agenda items of its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on May 23, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation of distributing 5% cash dividend, at SAR 0.5 per share, for 2020.
