Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.'s (AWPT) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividend for 2021 on a quarterly or semi-annual basis, during the extraordinary general meeting held on May 19, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

They also approved the transactions and contracts completed between the company, and Alkhorayef Group.

 

AWPT began trading on the Saudi market on March 1, 2021.
