Ajlan, Desert Adventures ink deal to set up destination management entity in Saudi Arabia

Saudi-based Ajlan and Bros Holding Group and Desert Adventures Tourism Co. signed a partnership agreement to establish a full-service destination management company (DMC) in Saudi Arabia. 

The new partnership aims to improve tourism quality and create job opportunities for Saudis in this renewable sectors. 

Desert Adventures, headquartered in Dubai, is the first-of-its-kind destination management company. It announced plans to expand its presence in the Kingdom through a joint venture with Ajlan and Bros Holding Group.  

Ajlan and Bros. is one of the largest private sector conglomerates in the Middle East, with diversified businesses in textiles, real estate, maintenance, logistics, and entertainment. In line with Vision 2030, the group has embarked on a significant diversification program in the Kingdom and the MENA region, which includes the tourism and hospitality sectors. 

Fahad bin Saad Alajlan, sponsor of tourism and hospitality at Ajlan and Bros, said: “Ajlan and Bros. are committed to helping realize Saudi Vision 2030 and increasing the prosperity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Elsewhere, Peter Payet, chief executive of Desert Adventures Tourism Middle East, added: “We are excited to enter into this partnership in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
