Sadara shareholders to elect board members for new term on Sept. 29

Sadara Basic Services Co. shareholders will vote on electing board members for the three-year session – which started June 5, 2021, and will end June 4, 2024 – during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for Sept. 29, according to a bourse filing.
