Leejam shareholders start e-voting on OGM agenda today

Shareholders of Leejam Sports Co. (Fitness Time) start today, Oct. 10, the electric voting process on the agenda items of the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled for Oct. 14, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders are set to vote on electing new board of directors for the three-year term, starting from Dec. 10, 2021.
