Wafrah for Industry & Development Co. signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Schaap Holland B.V., under which Wafrah has an exclusive right to develop and distribute two varieties of seed potatoes (Amora and Valencia) for three years.

 

In a bourse statement, the company added that the move will have a positive impact on its revenue.

 

The deal does not have any related parties, the statement added.
