Tanmiah Food says board member resigns

Tanmiah Food Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation of Mohammed Sajid Saeed from his position in the board on Nov. 16, according to a bourse filing.

 

The resignation, which was submitted due to personal reasons, is effective as of Nov. 7, said the company.
