JAZAN DEVELOPMENT CO. ANNOUNCES THE APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR

Jazan Development Co. announces that the Board of Directors on 15/2/1435H corresponding to 18/12/2013 appointment M/s Saudi Accountants Office (Ibrahim Al Sobayel and Partners) to audit the interim Financial Statements for the fourth quarter ending 31 December 2013 only. This is to comply the decision of Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accounts who bared Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Office (the present external auditor of our Company) from practicing auditing for a period of two months from 5/2/1435H corresponding to 8/12/2013 up to 4/4/1435H corresponding to 4/2/2014.
