Saudi Catering shareholders to vote on adding lab operations to business activities on Jan. 9

Shareholders of Saudi Airlines Catering Co. (SACC) will vote on amending Article 4 of its bylaws to add “lab operations” to the company’s business activities, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Jan. 9, 2022.

 

They will also vote on the Article relating to the authorities of the board chairman, vice chairman and managing director, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The shareholders will also elect a new board of directors, for the three-year term commencing on Jan. 26, 2022.

 

The shareholders can e-vote on the agenda items as of Jan. 5 using Tadawulaty services.
