Banque Saudi Fransi shareholders reappoint Mazin AlRomaih as Chairman

Banque Saudi Fransi’s (BSF) shareholders elected board members for the three-year term starting Jan. 1, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 8, according to a bourse filing.

 

Mazin Abdulrazzak AlRomaih was reappointed as Board Chairman, with Talal Ibrahim Al Maiman as Vice Chairman.

 

A no-objection letter was received from Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on Dec. 30, BSF added.
