Tadawul suspends trading on MIS shares upon company request

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) decided to halt trading on shares of Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, today, Jan. 2, upon the company's request and as per the listing rules and procedures for suspending listed companies' shares.

 

The request comes in preparation for announcing a significant event, according to a bourse statement.

 

The order maintenance period starts from 10:30 am.
