Tasnee opens board membership nominations today

National Industrialization Co. (Tasnee) opened today, Jan. 9, the nomination process for the board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year session, starting July 6, 2022, until July 5, 2025.

 

Nominations will run until Feb. 10, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Candidates will be elected to the board of directors during the upcoming general assembly meeting, which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
