Enma Al Rawabi Co. postponed its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Jan. 18, after quorum was not met for first and second meetings, according to a bourse filing. 

  

The attendance rate was 4.94% and 8.15% for the first and second meetings, respectively. 

  

The company will call for a third EGM after setting its date and obtaining approvals from the competent authorities, the statement said.
