Al Jouf Cement postpones EGM on lack of quorum

Al Jouf Cement Co. postponed its first extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for Jan. 20, after quorum was not met for the assembly to convene.

 

The attendance rate was 4.98% for the first meeting, according to a bourse filing.
