Baazeem shareholders elect board members

Baazeem Trading Co.'s shareholders approved to elect board members for the next three-year term starting on Jan. 26, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting held on Jan. 20, according to a bourse statement.

The elected members are Salem Baazeem, Fawzia Baazeem, Ahmed Baazeem, Muhammad Al-Faris, and Talaat Hafez.

Shareholders also approved the formation of the audit committee for the same term with Muhammad Al-Faris as Chairman of the Committee, as well as Abdulaziz Al-Kabab and Fawzia Baazeem as members.
