MIS shareholders approve amendment of company's purposes

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) shareholders approved the amendment of article (3) of the company's statute, during the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on Feb. 6, according to a bourse filing.

Article (3) of the statute relates to the company's purposes.

According to the data available with Argaam, the company will, after the amendment of the article, practice and implement information and communication, construction, administrative and support services, and other service activities.

Its purposes will also include human health and social work activities; manufacturing industries; wholesale and retail repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles; professional, scientific and technical activities; supply of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning; transportation and storage; real estate activities; education; and arts, recreation and entertainment.
