Group Five Pipe shareholders to vote on amending bylaws on March 21

Group Five Pipe Saudi Co.’s shareholders will discuss amending Article 2 of the Bylaws related to the company’s name during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to be held on March 21, according to a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty system will be able to participate and vote on the agenda items as of March 17.
