Advanced shareholders appoint board member, auditor

Advanced Petrochemical Co.’s shareholders approved the appointment of Ernst & Young as an auditor to review and audit financial statements for Q2, Q3 and 2022 and Q1 2023, according to a bourse filing.

 

This came during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Feb. 28, 2022.

 

Shareholders also appointed Bander Sulaiman Alghafees (independent director) as a board member and member of the audit committee from July 27, 2021, until the end of the current term on Sept. 30, 2022, the statement added.
