Fesh Fash audit committee members resign

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. announced the resignation of audit committee members effective Jan. 6, according to a bourse filing.

 

Fahad Al-Humaid, Head of Audit Committee, and Abeer Al-Khelaiwi, member resigned due to personal reasons. El-Shishtawy Bundaq, member, resigned on being appointed as the financial manager.
