Saudi Cable audit committee chairman, member resign

Saudi Cable Co. announced the resignation of Audit Committee Chairman Basem Hegaz and committee member Mazen Al-Zayer, effective March 28.

 

The resignations were submitted for personal reasons, according to a bourse statement.
