Jarir Marketing Co.'s shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a biannual or quarterly basis for FY 2022, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on May 10, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending the company's articles of association, as well as on a number of business contracts.
