HRSD Ministry says localization of four jobs in line with market conditions

The ministry will introduce an incentive package to support the employment of Saudis in private sector entities. The package will focus on training, qualification, employment and job stability, in addition to another mechanism related to the penalty code and other regulatory procedures.  

 

A minimum salary of SAR 5,000 at the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) was set as a precondition for including Saudis in the localization rate, the ministry added.

 

The decision on localizing the secretarial, translation, storekeeping and data entry jobs issued by HRSD last week came into effect today, May 8, according to data compiled by Argaam.
