Alkhorayef Water shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividends for 2022

Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co.’s (AWPT) shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to pay interim dividends on a quarterly or semi-annual basis for 2022, during an ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 24, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also endorsed the other meeting agenda items, the statement added.

 

Alkhorayef paid cash dividend at 30% of capital, or SAR 3 a share for 2021, Argaam reported.
