National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute quarterly or semi-annual interim dividends for 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) scheduled on June 21.

 

They will vote on approving the board and auditor reports, as well as financial statements for 2021.

 

Additionally, they will discuss the appointment of an auditor to review the semi-annual and annual financial statements for 2022.

 

Shareholders will also vote on disbursing SAR 318,494 as a bonus to the board members for 2021.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will start on June 18.
