NGDC shareholders approve 5% cash dividend for 2021

Natural Gas Distribution Co.’s (NGDC) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.50 per share, for 2021, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on June 8, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders also authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividend for 2022 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis.

 

Furthermore, they ratified amending some Articles of Association including, those related to the company’s name, objectives, shares subscription, shareholder register and dividend distribution.
