Almarai shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda on June 12

Almarai Co.’s shareholders will start on June 12 the electric voting on the agenda items of the upcoming ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on June 14, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders are set to elect board members for the upcoming three-year term, starting on Aug. 7, 2022. They will also elect members of the audit committee for the same term and vote on the audit committee charter.

 

The e-voting on agenda items will be via Tadawulaty services.
