Al Naqool subsidiary gets developer qualification certificate from Wafi Program

Mohamed Hassan Al Naqool Sons Co.’s wholly owned subsidiary, Deer Real Estate Co., obtained a real estate developer qualification certificate from the off-plan sales or rent program (Wafi).

 

The license was obtained after passing the approved qualification criteria. It will be valid for three years from the date of its issuance (June 15), the company said in a bourse statement.

 

This certificate enables the company to sell and rent real estate units for any purpose or method of development before or during the development or construction phase. Moreover, the implementation is carried out according to the time plan for each project in accordance with the approved models and specifications.
