MIS inks SAR 34.4 mln contract with Tahakom to boost operational efficiency

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on June 30, a SAR 34.386 million contract with Saudi Technology and Security Comprehensive Control Co. (Tahakom) to boost operational efficiency and provide consultancy services, according to a bourse filing.

 

The contract value included 15% value-added tax (VAT).

 

The 36-month contract will likely have a positive financial impact on the company from Q2 2022 until Q2 2024.

 

The contract involved no related parties, the statement added.
